WHAT IT SHOWS

Inventory without blind spots.

01

Verified scan scope

Directory selection resolves to concrete roots before scan execution, so the visible scope matches what the scanner uses.

02

Exact scan progress

Package records, findings, diagnostics, files considered, duration, and completion state are shown from the scan stream.

03

Diagnostics visibility

Warnings from malformed local configs are surfaced directly instead of hiding in a background log.

04

Catalog review

Threat catalog files are listed with entry counts and update state, with upstream sync available inside the app.

APP SURFACE

NOTES

Operational details.

Does Bumblebee upload scan data?

The desktop app is designed around local scanning and local history. Catalog sync fetches catalog JSON from the upstream source when the user requests it.

Which macOS builds are available?

The release publishes separate signed DMGs for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

Where does the threat catalog come from?

The included catalog files are bundled with the app and the sync action points at the upstream Bumblebee threat_intel catalog path on GitHub.

Where is the source code?

The desktop app release page and static website source are published at github.com/drmhse/bumblebee-ui. Stars are useful because this project is intentionally public.
